To respond to your enquiry, prepare requested documentation, evaluate a procurement or partnership opportunity, and maintain a record of the correspondence.
Each form states its purpose before you submit it. Service enquiry consent and any subscription to updates are recorded separately, and marketing consent is never pre-selected.
Retention
Enquiry records are retained for the period necessary to conclude the discussion and to meet legitimate record-keeping requirements, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
Attachments submitted for a procurement or tender purpose are retained for the duration of that opportunity and its record-keeping period.
